6. Payments & Packages

Fees and package terms are shown on the package selection page. Payments are final and non-refundable except in the case of a system error on our part. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 7 days' notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

NongNong operates solely as a listing platform and is not a direct service provider. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute shall first be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Bangkok.
